This velvet jewelry travel pouch is a soft, diamond-quilted zip-around case that folds open into a three-layer organizer — a small zip pocket for studs and rings, flat slots for chains and cards, and elastic loops that hold pieces flat so nothing tangles or scratches in a bag. It is built for jewelry brands, boutiques and subscription boxes that want a reusable, gift-worthy travel piece rather than disposable packaging — a pouch a customer keeps and carries, putting your logo in their hand long after the sale. In stock now in three colors with low MOQ; fully customizable by foil, embroidery, woven label or printed lining.
The shell is velvet quilted in a diamond stitch over padded batting, so it cushions jewelry from knocks while staying soft enough to slip into a handbag or carry-on. A gold-tone zipper runs around the top so the pouch opens flat. Inside, the cream satin-lined interior folds out into three layers: a zip pocket that keeps small items from spilling, flat card-style slots for necklaces and earring cards, and elastic ring loops that keep rings seated. Everything packs down to palm size when zipped shut.

The fold-out format suits any brand that ships or sells jewelry people travel with. Buyers package it for:

Decoration is chosen to suit the quilted velvet surface — the raised stitching means some methods sit better on the flat zipper-end panel than across the quilting:
A foil logo gives a crisp metallic mark, best applied to the flat panel beside the zipper rather than across the raised quilting. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners — on a soft velvet surface these push foil-lift and fabric fray, so rounded, open marks hold up far better.
For soft goods, embroidery and a stitched woven label are the most durable choices — they flex with the fabric instead of cracking like a flat print, and they read as premium on velvet. A small woven tab on the seam or an embroidered monogram on the front panel survives years of daily carry.
The optical center of the front panel sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle), so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third and returns a mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.
Stock colors: Olive Green, Wine Red, and Navy Blue — a deep, jewel-toned palette that flatters gold and silver alike and photographs well for catalog and e-commerce. The lining is cream across all three. Colors are in stock for fast dispatch; tell us your target volume and we will confirm availability per color.
Every pouch passes a multi-stage check: velvet and quilting inspection → zipper pull-and-cycle test → interior assembly → 100% piece inspection (stitch integrity, zipper run, lining clean-down, logo registration) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for velvet, which absorbs more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if it is not properly dried before packing.
Each pouch ships in an individual non-woven or OPP bag → inner carton → master export carton, stacked to avoid crush. Low MOQ from 100 pcs, with in-stock colors ready for fast dispatch and custom builds in 15-25 days. Pre-production samples are available freight-collect via DHL/FedEx, and we return a free 3D mock-up within 24-48 hours so you can sign off on logo and layout before bulk.

Yes. The velvet is quilted over a padded batting layer, so the shell cushions pieces from knocks while staying soft enough to slip into a handbag or carry-on. The cream satin lining is lint-clean and gentle on delicate metals and stones.
All of foil/hot stamping, embroidery, a woven label and printed lining are available. For soft goods we usually recommend embroidery or a woven label because they flex with the fabric and will not crack; foil works best on the flat panel beside the zipper. We return a free 3D mockup within 24-48 hours for sign-off.
Three stock colors — olive green, wine red and navy blue, all with a cream lining. MOQ starts low from 100 pcs, with in-stock colors ready for fast dispatch. Tell us your target volume and we will confirm per-color availability and tiered pricing.
