By using this website or placing an order with ZFPackaging, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes
Quotes valid for 30 days. Prices in USD, EXW China unless other Incoterms specified. MOQ from 500 pcs.
2. Samples
Production samples free; you cover freight (~$30–60). Lead time 7–10 days.
3. Lead Time
15–25 working days from PO + 30% deposit.
4. Payment
30% deposit at PO; 70% balance before shipment. T/T or L/C (orders ≥ $5,000).
5. Quality
AQL 2.5 inspection. Claims within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
6. IP
You own your artwork. We retain structural design files until full payment.
7. Shipping
Title and risk transfer at chosen Incoterm. Import duties are buyer’s responsibility unless DDP.
8. Liability
Limited to order value. No liability for indirect / consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
Laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes via arbitration in Shenzhen.
