Logo placement

Every box passes a multi-stage check: velvet flock and pile inspection → hinge open-and-close cycle test → twin-slot insert fit → 100% piece inspection (flock coverage, hinge action, insert seating, logo registration) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for flocked velvet, which holds more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if it is not properly dried before packing.

Each box ships in an individual non-woven or OPP bag → inner carton → master export carton, stacked to avoid crush.
