Foil stamping and embossing

A logo or monogram is applied to the lid in gold, silver or rose-gold foil, or pressure-embossed for a tone-on-tone mark. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes at or above 0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under about 60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners, which push foil-lift and fuzzing on a napped velvet surface.

Ribbon, lining and insert options

The grosgrain ribbon band can be toned to your palette, a printed satin lining can be set into the lid for a full-color brand statement when the box is opened, and custom-printed insert cards are available to carry a date, vow or care note.

Logo placement

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center, so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third of the lid and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: velvet and nap inspection → ribbon band fitting → hinge open-and-close cycle test → slot fit and interior assembly → 100% piece inspection (nap coverage, hinge action, slot grip, ribbon registration, lint clean-down) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for velvet, which absorbs more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if it is not properly dried before packing.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual non-woven or OPP bag → inner carton → master export carton, stacked to avoid crush. Standard MOQ 500 pcs. Pre-production samples ship in 7-12 days (foil and emboss dies require sign-off), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 15-25 working days; reorders 12-20 working days from PO.
