The LED spotlight is the defining feature of this box. A small, long-life LED lamp is positioned above the jewelry compartment and wired to the lid hinge so that it switches on automatically when the lid is raised. Velvet Interior — Protection and Presentation in One

The interior is lined with a close-cut velvet fabric selected for low pile-shed and consistent pile direction. The hard lacquer surface supports three print methods:

Silk-screen printing

The most common choice for this shell type. Spot-color ink is pressed through a screen directly onto the lacquer, curing into a durable, slightly raised layer. Best for single- or two-color logos with clean geometric lines. Per standard foil and print rules, keep stroke widths at or above 0.4 mm and avoid very fine reversed-out text below 6pt at the silk-screen scale.

Heat transfer

A full-color printed film is heat-pressed onto the lacquer surface, suitable for photographic-grade gradients, multi-color artwork and fine-detail logos that exceed the color count practical for silk-screen. Adhesion on a hard lacquer shell is strong and UV-stable for normal retail use.

UV printing

UV ink is cured directly on the surface with ultraviolet light, producing a very sharp, full-color result with optional gloss or matte texture over the print area. Available for complex brand marks, QR codes and small-format serialized prints. Logo placement follows the optical-center principle — the brand mark is positioned in the upper-middle third of the lid face rather than the geometric center, which avoids a visually sinking effect.

Craftsmanship and Quality Control

Each box is assembled under a zero-defect standard: the lacquer surface is inspected for pinholes, orange-peel texture and color uniformity before assembly; the hinge is tested for smooth, even travel with no side-play; the LED circuit is checked for reliable activation across a full open-and-close cycle; and the velvet lining is inspected for pile direction, adhesion and surface cleanliness. The final unit is wiped down and sealed in an individual poly bag before carton packing.
