Yes — this is sold as a two-piece set: the rigid necklace box and the matching drawstring travel pouch ship together as one unit. If you want box-only or pouch-only pricing for a separate program, tell us at quote time and we will split the BOM.

Yes. We can stitch a fixed brand mark for the whole run, or set up the box for per-unit monogramming if you collect initials at point of sale. Per-unit monogram changes the production flow, so share your volume and turnaround needs and we will quote the workable option.

The interior has a center channel that holds a chain flat and straight, which is what prevents the knotting you get in a flat empty box. For very long opera-length chains we can deepen the channel or add a second hook — specify the chain length you package most often.

MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Each stock color is a separate dye/fabric lot, so colors do not combine toward the minimum — order 500 of each color you want. Pre-production samples ship in 7–12 days so you can approve the embroidery and fit before bulk.
