Custom embroidery design

The standard lid carries a mixed-flower bouquet, but the embroidery is fully bespoke — your own floral motif, monogram, crest or pattern can be digitized and stitched. Embroidery suits bold shapes and word-marks best; minimum legible stitched text height is about 5 mm, and very fine hairline serif type does not render cleanly in thread. Digitizing is a one-time setup, waived above higher volumes.

Logo on the lid or inside

• Embroidered logo — your mark stitched alongside or beneath the bouquet, matching the lid texture
• Gold foil stamping — a crisp foil logo on a clean area of the linen; per our standards keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners
• Printed satin lining — a full-color logo printed inside the lid, revealed when opened
• Custom ribbon color — the pull-tab ribbon can be color-matched or contrasted to your brand

Logo placement on the lid

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle), so a mark dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking toward the ribbon. Our design team positions artwork in the upper-middle third and returns a stitch-out / dieline mock-up for sign-off before production, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you send your vector file.

Color and Finish

The stock base is ivory linen with a multi-color embroidered bouquet; the thread palette can be re-colored to your brand. Because each box carries real needlework, the embroidery design (not the base color) is the unit of customization — MOQ applies per embroidery design. Custom base-fabric colors are available for larger orders on request.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: linen and thread inspection → embroidery → cutting → wrapping → hand assembly → 100% piece inspection (stitch integrity, hinge and magnet check, ribbon pull-test, lint clean-down) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for linen and thread, which absorb more moisture than smooth PU and can develop musty odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if not properly dried.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual non-woven dust bag → inner carton → master export carton, honeycomb-stacked to avoid edge crush. Standard MOQ 500 pcs per embroidery design. Pre-production samples ship in 10-15 days (embroidery requires a stitch-out approval), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 25-35 working days given the embroidery step; reorders 20-30 working days from PO.
