Per our foil standards, keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners, which push foil-lift and fabric fray on a velvet surface.

Debossing on velvet

The footprint, handprint or heart motif is pressure-debossed into the velvet for a soft, tone-on-tone relief. Debossing reads beautifully on velvet because the crushed pile catches light differently from the surrounding nap — a tactile, subtle effect that needs no ink or foil.

Logo and name placement

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle), so a name dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the name and motif in the upper-middle third and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Four Stock Colors

Stock colors: Blush Pink, Taupe, Sage Green, and Teal. The box and the inner album are color-matched by default; contrast album or lining combinations are available on request. Custom Pantone velvet matching is offered for orders ≥1500 pcs per color, with a dyed swatch returned in 7-10 days for sign-off before bulk.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every set passes a multi-stage check: velvet inspection → debossing → foil stamping → cutting → hand assembly → 100% piece inspection (foil adhesion, deboss depth, photo-window fit, lint clean-down) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for velvet, which absorbs more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if not properly dried.

Packing and sampling

Each set ships in an individual non-woven dust bag → inner carton → master export carton, honeycomb-stacked to avoid edge crush. Standard MOQ 300 pcs per color. Pre-production samples ship in 10-15 days (foil and deboss dies require sign-off), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 25-35 working days given the debossing and foil steps; reorders 20-30 working days from PO.
