A Flip-Top Lid and a Lift-Out Display Card

The shell is wrapped in fine microfiber suede with a soft, even nap that resists fingerprints and gives the box a quiet, premium hand-feel. The lid is hinged so it flips open and stays back on its own, keeping both hands free at the counter. Inside, a cream microfiber pad cradles the chain while a removable display card — slotted to clip a pendant flat and centered — lifts straight out, so the piece can be shown on the card, photographed against a clean background, or handed to the customer as a keepsake. Close the lid and the card seats back into place with no loose parts.

Foil / hot stamping

A foil logo gives a crisp metallic mark on the suede lid. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners — on a napped suede surface these push foil-lift and fuzzing, so rounded, open marks hold their edge far better.

Blind emboss / deboss

A tone-on-tone emboss presses the logo into the suede for a subtle, textural mark that needs no foil and never flakes. It is the most durable option on a soft nap and reads as understated and premium, especially on darker Pantone-matched suede.

Logo placement

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle), so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: suede wrap and nap inspection → hinge open-and-close cycle test → card fit and interior assembly → 100% piece inspection (wrap seams, hinge action, lining clean-down, logo registration) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for microfiber suede, which holds more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if it is not properly dried before packing.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual non-woven or OPP bag → inner carton → master export carton, stacked to avoid crush. Low MOQ from 100 pcs, with grey ready for fast dispatch and custom builds in 15-25 days. Pre-production samples are available freight-collect via DHL/FedEx, and we return a free 3D mock-up within 24-48 hours so you can sign off on color, logo and card layout before bulk.
