The shell is wrapped in fine microfiber suede with a soft, even nap that resists fingerprints and gives the box a quiet, premium hand-feel. Instead of a hinged clamshell, both ends fold open on a press-stud (snap) closure, so the box lies flat and the bangle sits proud on grey suede loops — easy to lift out, easy to seat back. A foil logo gives a crisp metallic mark on the suede lid. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners — on a napped suede surface these push foil-lift and fuzzing, so rounded, open marks hold their edge far better.

Blind emboss / deboss

A tone-on-tone emboss presses the logo into the suede for a subtle, textural mark that needs no foil and never flakes. On a deep, matte nap it reads as understated and premium — the most durable option for a soft surface that gets handled often.

Logo placement

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle), so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third and returns a mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: suede wrap and nap inspection → snap pull-and-cycle test → loop and interior fit → 100% piece inspection (wrap seams, snap action, loop seating, logo registration) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for microfiber suede, which holds more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during 30-45 day ocean transit if it is not properly dried before packing.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual non-woven or OPP bag → inner carton → master export carton, stacked to avoid crush. MOQ from 500 pcs, with green ready for fast dispatch and custom builds in 15-25 days. Pre-production samples are available freight-collect via DHL/FedEx, and we return a free 3D mock-up within 24-48 hours so you can sign off on color, logo and loop layout before bulk.
