Orange PU Leather Shells with a Black Velvet Interior

Every box in the set is wrapped in smooth orange PU leather over a rigid shell, with a matte face that resists scuffs and fingerprints and wipes clean. The domed ring box rises to a soft curved crown, while the square and long boxes keep a clean low profile for the ceremony tray. Inside, black velvet lines the base and lid; the ring box carries an upright velvet slot, and the long box holds a chain flat so it does not tangle. A metal snap-button on a leather tab pulls each lid shut with a firm, audible close, keeping the contents secure between the counter, the car and the aisle.

Foil stamping and debossing

A logo or monogram is applied to the lid in gold, silver or rose-gold foil, or pressure-debossed into the PU for a tone-on-tone mark. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes at or above 0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under about 60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners, which push foil-lift on a wrapped surface.

Snap, lining and insert options

The snap button can carry a branded face, a printed satin or velvet lining can be set into the lid for a full-color brand statement when the box is opened, and custom-printed insert cards are available to carry vows, dates or care notes inside the set.

Logo placement

The optical center of a lid sits slightly above the geometric center, so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third of each lid and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Orange Finish

Stock color is orange in a smooth matte PU, with the black velvet interior color-matched across all three boxes in the set so the suite reads as one coordinated piece. Custom finishes are available on request, with a wrapped swatch returned for sign-off before bulk.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every set passes a multi-stage check: PU inspection → wrapping → foil or deboss → snap setting → velvet lining and slot fitting → 100% piece inspection (wrap seams, snap hold, slot grip, lint clean-down) → dehumidification. The dehumidify step protects the velvet interior, which absorbs more moisture than smooth PU and can mat during 30-45 day ocean transit if not properly dried.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual poly bag, the three boxes nested into one inner carton per set → master export carton, honeycomb-stacked to avoid edge crush. Standard MOQ 300 sets. Pre-production samples ship in 7-12 days (foil and deboss dies require sign-off), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 20-30 working days; reorders 15-25 working days from PO.
