The organizer is built entirely from soft black PU leather, inside and out, with a smooth matte face that resists fingerprints and wipes clean. Foil stamping and debossing

A logo or monogram is applied to the front flap in gold, silver or rose-gold foil, or pressure-debossed into the PU for a tone-on-tone mark. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes at or above 0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under about 60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners, which push foil-lift on a soft faux-leather surface.

Snap, zip and lining options

The pearl-button tab can be swapped for a metal snap or a magnetic closure, zipper pulls can carry a branded charm, and a printed lining is available for a full-color brand statement when the bag is opened.

Logo placement

The optical center of the flap sits slightly above the geometric center, so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third of the front flap and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Stock color is Black in a smooth matte PU. Custom PU colors, contrast linings and Pantone-matched trims are available on request, with a wrapped swatch returned for sign-off before bulk so the finish you approve is what you receive.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every bag passes a multi-stage check: PU inspection → cutting → stitching → zip and ring-bar fitting → snap setting → 100% piece inspection (seam strength, zip action, snap hold, elastic tension, lint clean-down) → fold and pack. Stitching and zip action are pull-tested because a travel organizer is opened and closed daily.

Packing and sampling

Each bag ships in an individual poly bag → inner carton → master export carton. Standard MOQ 500 pcs. Pre-production samples ship in 7-12 days (foil and deboss dies require sign-off), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 18-28 working days; reorders 15-22 working days from PO.
