The interior is laid out so a full parure stays organized and visible the moment the box is opened. Materials and Construction

The shell is built on rigid hardboard for a solid, weighty feel — not flimsy folding card. Exterior options cover both PU leather / leatherette and microfiber suede; the interior is a soft microfiber-suede deck with a matching fold-out cover cloth. The hinge and metal clasp are rated for repeated open/close cycles so the box survives retail handling and re-gifting.

Hot stamping and embossing

On a PU-leather exterior, gold/silver foil hot stamping gives the crispest, most premium mark, and blind embossing offers a subtle tone-on-tone option. Per our hot-stamping standards, keep line strokes ≥0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under ~60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners — those areas push edge-lift and fray risk on a wrapped box.

Metal nameplate

A brushed gold-, silver-, or rose-gold-tone metal nameplate can be screw-mounted (not glued) to the lid and laser-engraved or enamel-filled with your mark — the most durable branding and the easiest to read on a larger lid face.

Decoration on suede and inside the lid

• Direct embossing on suede — subtle pressed mark; suede holds foil better than velvet because its fiber density is higher
• Printed satin lining — full-color logo printed inside the lid, revealed when the box is opened
• Custom cover-cloth label — woven or printed brand mark on the fold-out suede cover

Logo placement on a large lid

On a larger lid face the optical center sits slightly above the geometric center (KB §8 grid principle) — a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking toward the clasp. Our design team places artwork on the upper-middle third and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit your vector file.

Five Stock Colors

Stock colors: Black, Wine Red, Navy Blue, Blush Pink, and Champagne Gold. Interior suede is color-matched to the exterior by default; contrast interior combinations are available on request. Custom Pantone matching is offered for orders ≥1500 pcs per color, with a dyed swatch returned in 7-10 days for sign-off before bulk.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: material inspection → cutting → wrapping → hand assembly → logo decoration → 100% piece inspection (clasp pull-test, hinge cycle, lint clean-down) → UV sterilization + dehumidification. The dehumidify step matters for suede interiors, which absorb more moisture than smooth PU and can mat or develop odor during long ocean transit if not properly dried.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual non-woven dust bag → inner carton → master export carton, honeycomb-stacked to avoid edge crush. Standard MOQ 300 pcs per color. Pre-production samples ship in 7-10 days for stock colors, 12-15 days when custom logo or custom Pantone is involved, freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 20-30 working days; reorders 15-25 working days from PO.
