The shell is a rigid round body wrapped in antique-effect PU leather — a mottled, hand-rubbed finish that reads as aged genuine leather and hides handling marks far better than smooth coated paper. A thin gold pinstripe runs around the barrel and a gold metal clasp sits on the front face as a decorative catch. Inside, a black velvet ring slot holds the ring upright and a satin-lined lid cushions it during handling and transit. Foil stamping and debossing

A logo or monogram is applied to the lid in gold, silver or rose-gold foil, or pressure-debossed into the leather grain for a tone-on-tone mark. Per our foil standards, keep line strokes at or above 0.4 mm, hold solid-foil coverage under about 60% of the decorated area, and avoid sharp internal corners, which push foil-lift on a textured wrap.

Clasp, lining and insert options

The front clasp can be supplied in gold, silver or rose-gold tone, a printed satin lining can be set into the lid for a full-color brand statement when the box is opened, and custom-printed insert cards are available to carry a date, vow or care note.

Logo placement

The optical center of the lid sits slightly above the geometric center, so a logo dropped dead-center looks like it is sinking. Our design team positions the mark in the upper-middle third of the lid and returns a dieline mock-up for sign-off, so you do not need to pre-compensate when you submit artwork.

Quality Control, Packing and MOQ

Every box passes a multi-stage check: PU inspection → wrapping → foil or deboss → clasp and hinge assembly → velvet slot fitting → 100% piece inspection (wrap seams, hinge action, clasp hold, slot grip, lint clean-down) → dehumidification. The dehumidify step protects the velvet interior, which absorbs more moisture than smooth PU and can mat during 30-45 day ocean transit if not properly dried.

Packing and sampling

Each box ships in an individual poly bag → inner carton → master export carton, honeycomb-stacked to avoid edge crush. Standard MOQ 500 pcs per color. Pre-production samples ship in 7-12 days (foil and deboss dies require sign-off), freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Bulk lead time 20-30 working days; reorders 15-25 working days from PO.
