Leather Travel Ring Box — Dual Insert for Rings & Loose Gems
This leather travel ring box wholesale is a 20 × 10 × 5.5 cm hard-shell case designed for jewelry brands, gem dealers, and traveling sales reps who need to move multiple rings or loose stones securely. The same outer shell accepts two interchangeable inserts — a 3-bar ring layout or a 30-compartment loose-gem grid. MOQ 300 pcs, available in PU leather any color.
Leather Travel Case Construction
The shell is built on premium leather over a rigid hardboard core, edged with stitched piping and finished with two leather-strap snap buttons across the front. Interior surfaces are fully lined in champagne-toned fine suede on every plane — base, lid, and inserts — so there is no exposed plastic or paper at the wear points.
Twin snap-button closure
Two leather-strap snap buttons across the front edge hold the lid closed under in-bag pressure. Each snap is reinforced with a steel rivet through the leather; rated for 10,000+ open-close cycles. No magnet, no zipper to catch lining threads.
Dual Insert — Ring Bars or Loose Gem Grid
The base accepts two interchangeable suede inserts: a 3-bar ring layout (holds ~12 rings upright) for brand inventory and travel, or a 30-cell loose-gem grid (5 × 6 array) for diamond/gemstone dealers showing stones. Both inserts ship in the same outer shell; buyers can mix the configuration per order.

Leather color options
PU leather is dyed to spec — any color from the stock-grade dye chart, no dye-lot variation across runs. Standard quick-ship colors: Forest Green, Burgundy, Charcoal, Coffee Brown, Black. Custom Pantone codes add 0 days to lead time but require 500 pcs minimum to lock the dye batch.
Logo decoration on leather
Unlike flocked velvet, premium leather accepts both pigment and foil decoration. Available methods: hot stamping (gold / silver / rose gold / holographic foil), debossing (blind impression), and screen printing. Logo placement is typically centered on the lid, 50 × 25 mm max imprint area.
MOQ & sampling
Standard MOQ 300 pcs per color per insert spec. Pre-production samples ship in 7–10 days, freight collect via DHL/FedEx. Outer shell tooling is reused across inserts — no extra tooling fee to switch between ring and gem configurations within the same order.
